Welcome to the website of 26th International Conference on Low Temperature Physics (LT26).  

The Low Temperature Conferences are an international event held every three years, under the auspice of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) through its Commission C5 on Low Temperature Physics.  Following the mandate of the Commission, the Low Temperature Conferences aim to promote the exchange of information and views among the members of the international scientific community in the general field of Low Temperature Physics.  Check Information of previous LT conferences. 

The Institute of Physics at Chinese Academy of Sciences is very pleased to host LT26 from August 10 to August 17, 2011 in Beijing, China.  According to the Commission C5 of IUPAP, the broad field of low temperature physics is mainly divided into 5 program lines in LT26, namely

A. Quantum Gases, Fluids and Solids;
B. Superconductivity;
C. Magnetism and Quantum Phases;
D. Electronic Quantum Transport in Condensed Matter; and
E. Cryogenic Techniques and Applications.
